Hey,
ReplyDeleteWhy don't you just email me next time... ;)
Well, I thought about you or LastNameKim, but I was thinking you two might also both have the jinx.
ReplyDeleteBut if you don't, feel free to blog a post or two or three or four about any cherubically named sports franchise. Go off on the Dodgers as well (I can name them now that they're out).
Dodgers? They returned ON their shield not WITH their shield.
ReplyDeleteBoo Blue!
Haha!..."cherubic" names. You know...let me tell you this...I tuned into the game during the 7th inning and though "wow..4-0, Angels on top with a comfy lead...I think I may just sit here and watch this". Then I turned my back to see Lackey yanked and before I could blink it was 4-6 or something like that. So, I turned it off and saw the string of positive remarks on my facebook..so, that's how I knew they won. It was my jinx at work this time, but I quickly stopped it. (PS- What's up with my word verification?! The word is "philliz"!!)
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I just wanted to point out...is it just me or does it seem like there were more Yankees fans (they were cheering everytime the Yankees did something good) than Halos' fans?? In OUR house?! Why are the Halos' fans so weak? I would run to the TV set everytime I heard cheering, but only to find it was after the Yankees got a hit.
ReplyDeleteI have no opinion because I did not watch, nor pay attention in any way to, any game being played yesterday.
ReplyDeleteGood job, Kushibo. You are a true and committed fan. I will also avoid the game on Saturday. After the Yankees scored 6 runs right after I tuned in (literally minutes of me tuning in), I think I may have a jinx/curse myself.
